Objective To observe the characteristics of fundus images and fluorescin angiography (FFA) in diabetic retinopathy (DR) combined with retinal vein occlusion (RVO).
Results Fluorescein cyclogram atony occured in most part of early optic disc in fundus fluorescein angiography and hyperfluroescence occu red with different degree of field defect in late optic disc.
Uterine atony can be treated by fundal massage, massaging the fundus – the upper section of the uterus which is typically near the umbilicus right after birth.
Surgery can be done when pharmacological treatment is not effective, and the most common procedure is Nissen fundoplication, where the gastric fundus is wrapped around the lower esophageal sphincter in order to make it tighter.
