1.Objective To examine the pain-relieving effect of acupressure on aeroperitoneum-related pain not related to incision after gynecological laparoscopy.

2.Gastrocolic ligament was incised with electrotome by laparoscopy.Drainage-tube was placed in omental burse and lesser omentum for douche and drainage.

2.在腹腔镜下用电刀切开胃结肠带,于网膜囊、小网膜孔处置管冲洗引流。

3.Results Implantable chemotherapy pump by transcatheter right gastroepiploic artery(RGEA) in 3 cases and tumors absolute alcohol injection in 7 cases were operated successfully by laparoscopy.

3.结果3腹腔镜下胃网膜右动脉置入化疗泵和7乙醇注射均成功,肿瘤区域显影良好,副损伤和并发症,患者早期恢复顺利。
