A notarial will may not be revoked or altered by a testator-written will, a will written on behalf of the testator, a will in the form of a sound-recording or a nuncupative will.

遗嘱人以式有数份内容相抵触遗嘱，其中有公证遗嘱，以最所公证遗嘱为准；没有公证遗嘱，以最所遗嘱为准。
