1.The designed amplifier fabricates by 2um BiMOS.The characteristic of this process is add PMOS into general bipolar process, hence, the amplifier gets low cut off power consumption easily.

放大器采用2um BiMOS工艺制造，其特色在于在普通的Bipolar工艺上增加了PMOS的工艺，从有效控制关断功耗。
