1.Clinical manifestation with unilateral glaucoma, corectopia, ectropion uvea, peripheral anterior synechiae (PAS) and characterized by pigmented nodules on the iris.

2.It is associated with high perinatal mortality, thick fissured skin, marked ectropion (eyelid eersion), eclabium (eersion of the lips), and flexion deformities.

常伴有围产期高死亡率、皮肤肥厚、显著的眼睑外翻、唇外翻和关节弯。
