1.The main adverse reactions were hematologic toxicity. The manifestations were : WBC, neutrophile granulocyte, blood platelet and hemoglobin all decreased, then was digestive canal symptoms.

主要的不良反应血液学毒性,细下降、中性粒细下降、血小板下降和血下降,其次消化道症状。
