Article 62 An indigent person who has received legal aids form the Chapter applies the litigation in forma pauperis to the court during the legal proceeding shall be granted.

第62条 （诉讼救助之声请）经分会准予法律扶助之无资力者，其于诉讼程序中，向法院声请诉讼救助时，应准予诉讼救助。
